Absolutely. Every unit is cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. Your kids’ safety is our #1 priority!

Our rentals are for up to 6 hours. Need more time? Let us know—we offer extended rental options!

We bring the bounce, the snacks, and the vibes to any celebration—big or small. If your people are gathering, Jamm Fam’s got the party handled!

Only if it’s a water unit!
Some of our combo bounce houses and slides are designed for water use and can absolutely be used with a hose. If it’s a dry-only unit, please don’t add water — it can cause damage and become unsafe.

Not sure if your rental is water-approved? Just ask! We’ll let you know if it’s good to go for splash time.

Grass is great—but not the only option!
We can safely set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, turf, or dirt, as long as the area is flat and clear of debris. Just let us know your surface type when booking so we bring the right anchors (stakes or sandbags).

We ask that all bookings be made at least 7 days in advance so we can prep and plan your perfect setup. Need something sooner? Reach out and we’ll do our best to squeeze you in!

We don’t play about safety. If bad weather rolls in, you can reschedule your event within 90 days—no cancellation fee. Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Yes! Each inflatable requires a dedicated outlet within 50 feet. No outlet? No worries — we’ll be offering generator rentals soon!

Yes! A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. 

Yes! Our concession machines (popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone) can be rented solo or as add-ons to any package.

Yes. If we’re staking inflatables into the ground, the renter must inform us of any power, gas, irrigation, or utility lines in the setup area. Jamm Fam Event Rentals LLC is not responsible for any damages to underground utilities if this information is not provided before setup.

We currently deliver within 50 miles of Savannah, Pooler, and Bloomingdale, GA. Delivery outside that range? No problem — just message us for a custom quote!

We understand that plans can change! Cancellations made at least 7 days before your event will receive a full refund, minus a small processing fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but we’ll gladly apply your payment as a credit toward a future rental within 12 months.

At this time, Jamm Fam Event Rentals does not service parks or public outdoor spaces. Our equipment is only available for private residences or approved private venues with proper access to power and water.

For safety, setup logistics, and insurance purposes, we do not allow deliveries to public parks. Thanks for understanding!
